Woman empowerment is an absolute passion for me. Firstly, because it has been a profound aspect of my journey of healing codependency and finding and owning my own light and my power in this world. But secondly, I’m driven to this message because time and time again I find myself counseling women who are constantly giving their power away to codependent patterns, romantic relationships, and their own internal struggles.
