Individual Healing Sessions ($200 per hour)
I AM YOUR INNER HEALING GUIDE…
What you can expect from working one-on-one with me:
- Become aware of the root causes of your issues
- Become aware of energetic blocks which are preventing your from achieving your goals and desires
- Become aware of the specific work you will need to do to heal, overcome your problems, and reach your goals
- I will guide you in how to do the work, what it looks like, and how to navigate its ups and downs
***But I cannot do the work for you; you have to choose to do the work. ***
The work will allow you to gain:
- Self-awareness (necessary to continue to change and make progress)
- Self-worth and self-confidence (as much of the work has to do with self-love)
- The identification of core, destructive belief systems maintaining dysfunctional patterns and the reprogramming of your mind
- True inner healing
- Spiritual awakening
- Life and coping skills
- Newfound personal power
All of my healing sessions will involve some aspect of codependency work, but can also include:
- Healing from depression and other mood disorders
- Healing from Anxiety, fears, phobias, and panic attacks
- Healing from trauma, childhood abuse, and PTSD
- Healing from addictive issues (alcohol, substances, food, sex/pornography, gambling, social media, etc.)
- Woman empowerment
- Breaking free from toxic “love”
- Helping men heal and become spiritually awakened beings
